🔧 FORD RANGER – INJECTOR REPLACEMENT COMPLETED! 🔧

Another Ford Ranger back up and running! 💪

This Ranger came into our workshop with an engine misfire and poor running condition. After carrying out a thorough diagnostic inspection, our team traced the problem back to contaminated fuel and damaged fuel injectors.

🔹 Fuel system inspected
🔹 Faulty injectors removed
🔹 Multiple injectors were heavily seized in the cylinder head
🔹 New injectors installed
🔹 Injector correction/coding completed
🔹 Fault codes cleared
🔹 Final testing completed

The seized injectors definitely put up a fight, but after approximately 6 hours spent carefully extracting them, the job was completed without giving up on it. 🛠️

Now the Ranger is running smoothly again and ready to get back on the road. ✅

This Toyota Kluger was stolen and later recovered, requiring key/security work along with repairs to front-end damage.

This Isuzu came through for a thorough inspection, and after confirming the required repairs, our team completed:

🔧 Another Job in Progress at BHANS MOTORS 🔧

This Mitsubishi was brought into our workshop after the owner noticed an engine knocking noise. As time went on, the knock became more pronounced and the vehicle began developing additional performance issues.

Following a thorough diagnosis, we identified the cause and have begun carrying out the necessary repairs.

Current work includes:
✅ New timing kit being installed
✅ Brand new fuel injectors being fitted
✅ Engine components being inspected and reassembled
✅ Timing to be set and verified to manufacturer specifications
✅ Final testing and road test to follow once repairs are complete

This job is still a work in progress, but it’s another great example of why unusual engine noises should never be ignored. Early diagnosis can often prevent more extensive damage and keep repair costs to a minimum.

🚗 Another Holden Colorado Back on the Road! 🔧💪

This Holden Colorado came into our workshop with a transmission fault that was causing serious drivability issues. The customer was experiencing poor gear changes and the vehicle was no longer operating as it should.

As with every major repair, we didn’t jump straight into replacing parts. We carried out a full diagnostic inspection to determine the exact cause of the problem. During our diagnosis, we drained the transmission fluid and found a significant amount of metal particles and contamination throughout the oil. This is a clear indication of severe internal transmission wear and mechanical failure.

At that stage, repairing the existing transmission was no longer a reliable or cost-effective option. After discussing the findings with the customer, the decision was made to replace the complete transmission with a quality replacement unit.

Our work included:
✅ Full diagnostic assessment
✅ Removal of the damaged transmission
✅ Inspection of associated components
✅ Installation of the replacement transmission
✅ New transmission fluid and required components
✅ Reassembly and programming/adaptation procedures
✅ Final road testing and quality checks to ensure correct operation

After installation, the transmission was programmed and adapted where required, followed by extensive testing. The Colorado is now shifting smoothly through all gears and driving exactly as it should.
