โ Twin Turbos and Comp Turbos might look similar, but they operate in very different ways. In a standard twin-turbo setup, the turbos (usually identical in size) operate independently, each feeding boosted air into the engine. In a Compound Turbo setup, the turbos (usually different sizes) operate in series, with the first turbo feeding boosted air into the second turbo (compounding the boost).
