🔧 MITSUBISHI PAJERO 3.2L – LACK OF POWER DIAGNOSIS

This Pajero presented to us with a noticeable lack of power.

After carrying out some careful diagnostics, we found a heavily contaminated mass airflow sensor. We also noticed that when commanding the intake runner open, the vehicle performed considerably better.

From there, we booked the vehicle back in for a full intake removal and carbon clean.

While everything was apart, we smoke-tested the EGR system and found the EGR valve was bypassing even in the fully closed position so we rectified this while it was apart.

✅ Intake removed & full carbon clean
✅ Mass airflow sensor cleaned
✅ Brand-new EGR valve fitted
✅ New gaskets throughout
✅ System checked and tested

The Pajero is now running and performing exactly as it should, with another happy customer back on the road. 👌
