Happy Monday folks!

Late model RM85 suspension mods!

Sean weighs 85kg, so the stock suspension had its work cut out, well and truly.

H/D Racetech springs front and rear, plus a dialing in of fork oil height & damping adjustments later, the full size adult rider can now ride the little beast as hard as he likes!

We did some XR600 wheel building and trueing today.

DOT approved (road legal) Kenda K760 Trackmaster rear tyre (stocked here) fitted, the icing on the cake!

Hello all!

Just a quick update, we are back at work as per normal tomorrow!

The Carlisle River bushfire that has threatened Gellibrand and other surrounding areas (including us at Barongarook), over the last two weeks or so is now contained 😊

Once again, we thank anyone that had any part at all in the huge firefighting effort. The CFA, SES, even the MFB from Melbourne, then all of the locals that pitched in helping build containment lines - a massive shout out to all of you!

Evening folks, the Colac district locals amongst you will already know this, but there is quite a large bushfire in the area.

Indeed, the fire is only around 4-5km from our workshop, so it’s all bunkered in, and we’ve evacuated it for now. So we won’t be open tomorrow, and possibly Wednesday too. Will keep you posted. Thankyou for your patience. ☺️

We would like to convey our deepest thanks to all units of the CFA, that are fighting this fire tirelessly, and more or less around the clock.

Good morning everyone!

Here’s Lee’s 2018 Husqvarna FC450 motocrosser we had through the workshop this week.

Lee likes the bike so much, he asked us to add a few things to it, so as that it was a 1: legal and 2: more user friendly “bush” bike. We got to work on the following:

1: Fitted rec rego, DC powered lighting kit inc: wiring loom, brake switch, horn, LED headlight, LED taillight/brake light and rear guard extender.

2: fitted new R-TECH plastics and a slick new graphics kit, of the customer’s choice

3: fitted a trick BBI side stand kit

4: fitted a Koubalink rear lowering kit, and lowered the front to match

5: fitted a gnarly new Kenda Washougal tyre on the back, for a bit of extra grip!

6: to finish off, we drained the coolant, and replaced it with “Engine Ice”, to keep things a bit cooler.

All work done in house! And all parts supplied by Fulford Motorcycles!

Today we converted a 2012 HONDA CRF450X motard, back to a dirtbike! Also doing some carburettor tuning, and picking up some extra horsepower!
