🔥HOT ROD FRIDAY 🔥

Ryan’s 1975 HJ Premier has come a long way from the 253ci V8 and three-speed Trimatic it started life with.

Originally finished in burnt orange with a white vinyl roof, Ryan bought the HJ from Frankston 15 years ago for just $2,400.

After three years, it underwent a complete restoration before receiving a 5-litre V8, kindly donated by Brenton, backed by a T350 transmission and still running the original single-pegger diff.

The next round of upgrades stepped things up considerably, with a 454ci big-block Chev built by Brenton, a fully manualised T400 with a transbrake and a 9-inch Truetrac differential. The HJ was then finished in Mazapare Grey.

Ryan and Brenton even put the car back together in Brenton’s shed over three days, just in time for Brenton and Joy’s wedding around 10 years ago.

The only thing left to finish it off? A pair of sun visors. (Currently borrowed in Jon's one tonner) 😂🤘

We are based in Cobram Victoria and it’s a small “beaut” peaceful country town on the Murray River.

Key Responsibilities
• Parts Interpretation: Identifying and matching exact engine components for customers or mechanics.
• Inventory Control: Tracking stock levels, ordering replacement parts, and organizing warehouse inventory.
• Sales and Service: Handling phone and counter inquiries, quoting prices, and processing orders.

What We Are Looking For
• Someone who is prompt, reliable & can think outside the box & use initiative as well as great time management skills.
• Someone who has the passion to chase new customers & get a sale over
the line whilst building relationships with new & existing customers.
• Someone with great computer literacy & numeracy skills (is a must)
• We are looking for someone who loves the thrill of the chase for sales & service to promote growth in our business.

Ongoing training & mentoring will be provided to the right applicant.

Existing mechanical or sales background would be advantageous as well as having the passion for automotive.
