We couldn’t have planned a day like this if we tried. 🤯

An Axopar 38, Fliteboards, Tangalooma and Moreton Bay putting on an absolute show. Join us behind the scenes.
We started with the 38 gliding across the bay before anchoring alongside the wrecks for lunch onboard, Fliteboarding, snorkelling and an afternoon on the beach.

Then somehow, it got even better. The wind disappeared, the bay turned to glass, and we sent the Axopar 38 and Fliteboard side by side for one final run.

Days like this are rare. And the footage we captured is something else…

Some of the most influential ideas begin with a simple question.
In 2014, Axopar co-founder Jan-Erik Viitala challenged the traditional way boats were categorised. Instead of building a boat for a single purpose, he set out to create one that could do it all, offshore cruising, watersports, entertaining, overnighting and exploring. From that vision, the term "adventure boat" was born.

Today, the phrase is used across the marine industry, but few people know where it came from or the design philosophy that inspired it.

We've explored the story behind one of boating's most influential concepts and why it continues to shape the way modern boats are designed.

The term adventure boat was first coined by Jan-Erik Viitala, co-founder of Axopar Boats, who created a new category in the marine industry.

The Greenline 39 has now been in production for more than seven years, a remarkable achievement in a market where new models are constantly replacing the old.

There is a reason it has stood the test of time.

By combining hybrid propulsion, integrated solar, generator-free living and a practical liveaboard layout, the Greenline 39 delivered a different approach to motor yachting long before sustainability became a major industry conversation. Today, those same features continue to define what many owners are looking for in a modern cruising yacht.

In this walkthrough, we explore the design, technology and practical innovations that have made the Greenline 39 one of the world's most successful hybrid motor yachts under 40 feet.

The most successful product launches don't reinvent everything. They refine what already works.

That's exactly what Axopar has done with the new 38 Cross Cabin.
Building on one of the industry's most recognised adventure boats, the Axopar 38 introduces more than 900 configuration options, increased internal volume, smarter storage, improved onboard liveability and an even greater focus on usability, all without compromising the offshore performance the brand is known for.

It's a thoughtful evolution, shaped by years of owner feedback and a clear understanding of how people are using their boats today.

We've taken a detailed look at the features, innovations and design decisions behind the next generation of the Axopar Cross Cabin.

Hybrid boating is often talked about in theory. We wanted to look at what it delivers in practice.

This performance review explores the Greenline 39 across all three operating modes, electric, hybrid and diesel, using verified sea trial data alongside real world testing.

If you're comparing hybrid motor yachts, considering the move from conventional diesel, or simply want to understand how regeneration, electric range and fuel efficiency translate into everyday cruising, this review provides the numbers behind the experience.

From silent departures to long range coastal cruising, the Greenline 39 continues to demonstrate why hybrid technology is changing the way many owners think about life on the water.
