Admin / Office Coordinator – Western Downs Autoglass

Western Downs Autoglass is looking for a motivated and reliable Admin / Office Coordinator to join our growing team, based at our Head Office on the Gold Coast.

This is a key role in our business, supporting daily operations and helping deliver great service to our customers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) where you’ll help keep the office running smoothly while supporting customer service and sales.

Your tasks will include:

Data entry and maintaining accurate records
JOB OPPORTUNITY

Answering phones and managing customer enquiries
Preparing quotes and assisting with sales
Booking jobs and coordinating schedules
Generating reports and general admin tasks
Supporting the team with day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who has:

Experience in customer service and administration
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Confidence on the phone with great communication skills
The ability to multitask and stay organised
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliability and the ability to work independently

Our brand and website have served us well over the years, supporting our growth and the strong relationships we’ve built across the Western Downs. As we move into the new year, it’s an opportunity to refine how we present ourselves and how customers interact with us online.

The focus of this refresh is simple improve ease of use for customers, a more professional digital experience, and the same attention to detail we’re known for on the job. It’s time for our digital presence to catch up a little.

Of course Friday the 13th delivered something weird and out of the ordinary!

Travis just tinted a full-size TARDIS in Chinchilla. Yep. The actual time-travelling police box from Doctor Who. Because why not.

We do cars. We do trucks. And now apparently we do intergalactic time machines too.

Big thanks to the legends at Chinchilla Tardis Photo Stand for keeping things wonderfully strange.

We’re glad the Easter Bunny’s making the rounds – because we’re well and truly Eggs-austed! 🐰

After a big few months helping locals across the Downs, our team’s taking a short break to recharge (and let’s be honest… eat our bodyweight in chocolate 🍫).

📅 We’ll be closed on Good Friday & Easter Monday, back on the road, and in our workshops on Tuesday, 22nd April.
