Cant wait to see this old jigger in the frame running again....Its been a long term mission...getting the right parts, clearances and making it all fit...Its gone up to 76 cubes, 9.1:1 Compression,S&S 514 Cam and lots of other great bits and pieces...
Its an old 1977 Shovelhead from a matching frame and engine number bike....😎😎

So Tracey had this 2007 Injected Sportster..883 with about 53 Hp and 55 Ft/lbs Torque...Hmmm.Can we make it go a bit bet...

Can we make it go a bit better...????
Well after turning it into a 1200cc...No we didnt use the complimentary 9.1:1 Compression Kit that would have rendered about 67 Hp and 70 Ft/lbs...
We got a set of cylinders,bored them .010" oversize and torqueplate honed them to suit Flat Top Pistons..Redone the 883 heads,valve job,altered the combustion chambers to give us 10.3:1 Compression.
Standard cams ect ect...
76 Hp and 82 Ft/Lbs of Sportster Power...except now the clutch is struggling to cope....

So here we have a stock standard 96 Cube Twin Cam in a Dyna...All we fitted to it was a set of Vance and Hines Big Shots that have the exhaust crossover between the primary pipes, an S&S Stealth Air Cleaner assembly and a Standard Throttlebody that was modified for more air flow...
Thanks to Andrew Fred Badcock at Pro Cycle Dyno for his time and fitting us in to a mega tight schedule...
More than happy with the results of this little project....

Well after sorting out a few problems and rebuilding Daves 103 cube Twin Cam. Replaced the s**t Whispering Sparrow pisto...

Well after sorting out a few problems and rebuilding Daves 103 cube Twin Cam. Replaced the s**t Whispering Sparrow pistons (machined wrong and broke the top around valve relief) with some high comp .010" over Carrillo items.
We now have 118 Hp and over 120 Ft/Lbs Torque...over 100 at 2100rpm...😎😎Not bad for a Street Wise 103 cube.
Big thanks to Andrew Fred Badcock at Pro Cycle Dyno for once again giving it a brilliant tune...
