When the 2025 WR250F arrived, we saw the potential to create something special.
Since then, we’ve delivered more than 25 WR300F and YZ300F 304cc conversions, spending countless hours developing the package that riders know today.
The end result wasn’t achieved by simply bolting on a big bore kit. It came from testing, riding, refining, remapping and doing it all again. Every change, every adjustment and every revision helped make the package better.
One of the biggest advantages we’ve had throughout the development process is the variety of riders within our own team. From Australian Champions and experienced racers through to everyday trail riders and self-confessed trail hacks, every change has been tested, critiqued and refined from multiple perspectives.
That means the final package doesn’t just work for the fastest rider in the group—it works for the rider heading out on a Sunday trail ride, the racer lining up on the start line, and everyone in between.
Over the past year we’ve invested an enormous amount of time into development, in-house mapping, setup and getting these bikes in front of riders. We’ve encouraged as many people as possible to ride our demo bikes because genuine rider feedback has been one of the most valuable tools in refining the package.
Every WR300F we build today benefits from everything we’ve learned since the very first conversion. The package continues to evolve through testing, tuning, customer feedback and countless hours in the workshop.
We’re proud to see how much interest the WR300F platform has generated, but we’ll continue doing what we’ve always done: developing, improving and supporting what our customers want and need.
Projects like this are what keep us excited about the motorcycle industry. They’re an opportunity to create something different, challenge conventional thinking and deliver a product that genuinely improves the riding experience.
