The numbers behind our recent Stage 2 Fire Red G87 M2.

Arriving completely stock, we first established a baseline on our Mainline DynoLog Dynamometers ProHub AWD Hub Dyno:

From there, the M2 received our complete S58 Stage 2 Performance Package, taking care of the DME unlock, supporting hardware and calibration under one roof.

The graph shows the improvement beyond the peak figures, with substantially more torque through the mid-range and power continuing to build strongly through the top end.

From the in-house DME unlock and hardware installation through to transmission and ECU calibration, the complete transformation was carried out at EuroWerke.

Cars coming in, cars heading out, crowds moving between the rows and something different catching your eye every few metres — the final gallery from Cars & Coffee VIII captures the morning at its busiest.

And that’s exactly what we love about these events.

Just a short two-hour window on a Sunday morning to grab a coffee, catch up with familiar faces, meet some new ones and enjoy an incredible mix of cars before getting on with the rest of your weekend. 💜

From stock to Flex Fuel.

This rear-wheel-drive G80 M3 came through for our complete Stock-to-Flex Fuel Performance Package — combining our Stage 2 S58 hardware package with a bootmod3 Flex Fuel setup and custom TUNE+ calibration.

The result is an M3 that can take advantage of both 98 octane and ethanol blends, with some serious numbers once E50 enters the equation. 😈

We recently fitted the JDY Performance Ultimate Titanium Intake System to this Audi RS3, paired with our WERKE Performance Downpipe as two of the key hardware upgrades ahead of a custom TUNE+ Stage 2 calibration.

Built around a huge 5-inch titanium intake pipe and 6-inch air filter, the JDY system is designed to dramatically increase airflow into Audi’s 2.5 TFSI while supporting everything from the factory turbo through to serious full-frame turbo combinations.

If you’re wondering why you don’t see many of these on Australian roads, there’s a good reason.

The BMW M340i Touring wasn’t officially offered in Australia, making this personally imported Japanese-market example a particularly cool visitor to the EuroWerke workshop.

Alongside its scheduled service, there was another important job on the list — getting its Japanese-market MGU21 infotainment system properly configured for life in Australia.

🔧 Service & Australian Region Conversion:
• Scheduled vehicle service
• MGU21 region change — Japan 🇯🇵 → Australia 🇦🇺
• Speech & language configuration
• Australian radio frequency conversion
• Navigation map update
• All coding and configuration completed in-house at EuroWerke

The numbers behind our recent Stage 1 B9 RS4.

Already a seriously capable performance wagon from the factory, this example came through for a custom TUNE+ ECU & TCU calibration, developed and dialled in on our Mainline ProHub 3600CS AWD Hub Dyno.

That’s a gain of:

⚡ +60RWKW
💪 +137Nm

And the graph tells the story beyond the peak figures. The blue Stage 1 curves show a substantial increase in both power and torque over the green factory baseline, with gains carried throughout the usable rev range.

No major hardware changes required — just a custom calibration designed to extract more from the factory package while retaining the everyday usability that makes the RS4 such a capable all-rounder.

By now, the calm of the early morning was well and truly gone.

The crowds were building, rows of parking were quickly filling and a constant stream of cars continued to roll into Piccolo Spot. Everywhere you looked, there was something different arriving or another group of people catching up over coffee.

And the variety was as strong as ever. Rotaries to McLarens, classic European machinery to modern performance cars, heavily modified builds and plenty in between.

That diversity continues to be one of our favourite parts of Cars & Coffee. There’s no right badge, era or style required — just an appreciation for cars and a good Sunday morning spent with like-minded people. 💜

At this stage of your career, we’re not expecting you to know everything — that’s what an apprenticeship is for.

What matters to us is attitude, consistency and a willingness to learn. We’re looking for someone who turns up, listens, takes pride in their work and wants to build a genuine career in the automotive industry.

You’ll be learning in a busy European workshop, gaining hands-on experience across everything from everyday servicing and maintenance through to diagnostics, repairs, performance upgrades and some very special European vehicles.

A passion for cars is a bonus — but the right attitude comes first.

Full lifts, custom tunes and plenty happening in between.

From Ryan test-fitting Grimace’s engine and transmission ahead of fabrication work, to Ozzy dialled in on a custom RS3 calibration, Peter Paul deep into an X5 40d engine overhaul and the rest of the team keeping another busy workshop moving.

A few moments from behind the scenes this week:

1️⃣ Ryan test-fitting the WERKE on Grimace, bringing the engine and transmission together before fabrication begins.
2️⃣ Jaidon helping Deved with a lights check before getting a service underway.
3️⃣ Ozzy dialled in on a custom tune for an Audi RS3.
4️⃣ Harry bringing in one of Sydney’s most modified X3 M Competitions for fresh brakes and a service.
5️⃣ Deved working through diagnostics on a Mercedes-Benz SUV.
6️⃣ Shawn bringing in a modern classic BMW 1M for diagnostic work.
7️⃣ Oscar grinning ear to ear on his way out for a road test. 😁
