An E34 with a twist you say? Yes indeed!
This E34 started life as a regular but tidy 520 automatic, the owner loved the shape and style of the car but wanted more. That’s where an S62 V8 and 6spd manual transmission was swapped in, the rear suspension from a 540 was also grafted in and then topped off with a nice Bilstein shock & Eibach spring package. To calm the added ponies there has also been a Brembo brake upgrade to the front and rear.

It was an absolutely pleasure to see Andrew’s A90 Supra back in our shop recently. Previously we had installed some anti-roll bars, upgraded the brake pads and performed our “quick street” alignment to give Andrew the feel and stability he was looking for without sacrificing the ride comfort.

As you may notice, this time Andrew had sourced some absolutely stunning Advan wheels with perfect fitment, we just had to adjust the ride height to suit. Enter the Eibach Australia Pro Kit spring set with a mild increase in spring rate and a small reduction in ride height we had a winning combination

Andrew’s one request? “Whatever you do, make sure the alignment is the same as before, it was perfect!” Say less…

Landcruiser 300 and engine oil issues… People have been reporting oiling issues with the Twin Turbo V6 engine in the new LC300, a combination of high oil temperatures (emissions & efficiency) and a small capacity sump - they’ve got not much more oil than a Corolla! You can see here our solution, it’s a billet CNC’d lower sump extension that not only increases the oil capacity by 2 litres, it also aids in keeping the oil temperature more stable thanks to the cooling fins and louvred plate directing air over the sump.

M5 Monday!
Part 2 of getting this epic M-car back to the spec it deserves. This time round we addressed the suspension and braking system. Wanting to retain the Electronic Damper Control while still improving body control we chose Bilstein B6 with EDC. In addition to this we replaced the front lower track control arms and caster arms with M-spec units. Some genuine disc rotors and our favourite brake pads from Endless with Motul brake fluid all combine to provide user friendly but better than stock performance. An in-house wheel alignment to complete this OEM+ upgrade package means that the customer can enjoy the V10 engine with confidence.

Next Gen Ranger upgrades! Being one of the most popular vehicles on the road it’s not rare to see a Ranger but while they are a capable vehicle there’s always room for improvements. Bilstein shocks all round for better ride and mass control, Load assist air bags to aid with towing capacity, Super Pro fixed off set upper control arms for improved steering geometry and a Oil/Air separator to protect the engine from excessive carbon build up.

Look at DAT SUN!

These days most Datsuns are now Sunday morning specials or full blown racecars, not this 1200 ute though, oh no, this little guy is daily driven just like intended. As the both Mark and Paul have extensive experience with this generation of Datsun it was a pleasure to service the 1200 and also perform a tappet adjustment (the engine is a little more spicy than what came from the factory).

Not just Euros, just done right.

An iconic E60 M5 stopped in recently for annual maintenance, a set of fresh plugs and also required new engine and transmissions mounts. The beautiful S85 V10 is singing its song once more and it’s all smiles from here!
