This 79 series cruiser got a massive makeover to finish off 2024.
We cut out a lot of rust, supplied the updated bonnet, and scoop from a later model and new passenger door as the internals were rusted out also.
To complete the build we replaced all the rubber and seals for the doors and bonnet.

Mixed up some black with custom pearl paint and smashed it out to finish off the year.

Over 4 yrs ago, we resprayed this 180, and it was good to see how well the owner has taken care of it since. They unfortunately had a little incident when a car reversed into their bumper.
We were able to repair the bumper through an insurance claim. And the car was good as new in no time.

And that's a wrap. In 2 n a bit weeks we have packed up a workshop. Relocated and set up the new workshop. Got new lights, brass air lines, some new electrical work and painted interior walls and floor pf the booth. All taken place in a couple weeks to provide a more efficient working environment.

Looking forward to finishing off the few jobs we've got in shop already and can't wait to get stuck into the new year🤙🤙

Update on the move.
We're almost up and running 🏃‍♀️
Need to get the booth assembled and wired in as well as the compressed. Paint mixing/storage room is complete, just needs some wiring sorted.
Going back today to old workshop to finish of the last job and we are officially out!!!

We refreshed this genuine Nissan 180sx Type X. repaired the body, some rust and metal splits as well as the usual dings here and there.
finished off with a beautiful crisp white pearl..
