Rant time.
This is seriously poor workmanship from 2 x Australian businesses,

Dellow bellhousings
Wyong Automatics..

Lets start with dellow.
There casting looks like it was cast by a 2 year old, then go to fit it, and they didnt drill the locating dowels.
machined surface's or scratched and damaged, which i dont know if that was from wyong autos or dellow as bellhousing went to wyong autos then packed with converter, then sent to me.

Wyong Automatics
3 months to do the converter.
Converter looks the goods, then i tried to put the bolts in to find out the threads are not metric or the same as orginal ford bolts.
Check the threads in torque converter to find there 3/8 unf 24, when both Toyota and Ford use M10x1.25.
These guys are making this conversion no fun at all, and it saddens me to see such poor workmanship in australia.

We have a couple of cool projects for 2025.
BA NA+TT, my son’s car we are doing together..
Build:
Compound turbo with gt3576 primary turbo and GT 42 secondary turbo.
4lt Barra, spool H beams, Carillo pistons, Hastings rings.
ACL race series bearings.
Balanced.
ARP main studs and head studs.
Main girdle
Boundary billet oil pump gears
Spool billet backing plate.
Crow 295t cams
Crow valve springs with titanium retainers.
Crow hydraulic lifters.
24x new stainless valves.
Head porting
Manifold port matching.
Custom alloy welding inlet manifold.
Adjustable Coil over suspension.
BF turbo brakes, and 3.45 L*D cradle, strengthened with our kit.
TR6060 fgx gearbox
Yellow terra lightened billet flywheel.
Twin plate uni clutch 2000nm.
3lt twin pump swirl pot.

Cleaning up surface rust and lack of under body paint, doing to all the edges so that it can get a professional closed door respray to finish it off..

2025 we have a couple of cool projects this is one of them.
Barra swap in 80 series..
Fg turbo motor will be the Barra, supplied by Athol Park Ford Wreckers..
Still have not decided if we use a haltech elite 2500 ecu to control the engine and trans, or build a Toyota trans controller for trans and the factory Barra pcm to control engine.
Haltech wins.
Another option is to use a falcon ZF, then we can use the factory pcm to control both engine and trans, this would create a lot more work in mounting, adapter, trans shifter, console mod, etc, etc.

The dominator mess finally ready for reassembly.
The only dominator part left in it is the head studs with over sized washers, everything else had to be replaced..
We added girdle, arp main studs and balance.
This will be going into my son’s BA manual project.
