👩‍🔧 Cabin Filters

What & where are they? 🧐

All makes & models differ. Mostly found on the Passager side; the Cabin Filter can be under the dash at the base of the windscreen or behind the glove box. Does the age of my car matter? Certainly, many pre 2000 models didn't come with a Cabin Filter.

These Filters eliminate & clean pollens, dust, pet hair & exhaust gas from the air coming into your car, they also keep pesky 🪰 🐝🦗🐞, sticks & crunchy 🍂🍁 from blocking your heating & A/C system. And there's nothing worse then turning the air on & are greeted with a car/face full of junk & dust 🤦‍♀️

Dirty & clogged filters decrease air flow, increase icy/misty windows, caused damp/musty odors & can even increase your fuel uses he as the engine work harder. Did you also know can have issues with the transmission? Yep, your gearbox may start to hesitate or linger a bit longer in gear than usual. Just 1, single & dirty filter can create more problems than you need.

That's why we suggest you check/clean it regularly, have your car serviced every 6mths, replace every 10,000km, at the very least every 12mths. So, how long ago was your filter cleaned, serviced or replaced?
