📣 WE’RE HIRING – PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Airlie Beach Smash Repairs is looking for a friendly, organised and capable person to join our busy workshop team in Cannonvale.

This is a varied office role involving:

✅ Answering calls and customer enquiries
✅ Booking vehicles and providing repair updates
✅ Liaising with insurers, assessors and suppliers
✅ Ordering and monitoring parts
✅ Preparing quotes, invoices and job paperwork
✅ General office and workshop administration

Previous administration or customer service experience is preferred. Automotive or insurance experience would be highly regarded; however, training can be provided to the right person.

🕗 Two days per week, 8:30 am–4:30 pm
📍 Cannonvale, QLD
💰 Pay negotiable depending on experience
🌟 Potential for the role and hours to grow over time

This Harley rolled into the workshop with damage to the rear guard that stood out against its custom matte finish and pinstriping. Matching specialty finishes like this takes patience, precision, and an eye for detail.

Our team carefully repaired the damaged area, recreated the factory-style finish, and blended everything back together so the repair disappears into the bike’s tough, understated look.

The result? A Harley that looks every bit as good as it should — clean, sleek, and ready to hit the road again.

A huge amount of care goes into motorcycle repairs, especially when dealing with custom finishes and unique paintwork. We’re proud of how this one turned out 🔥🔥
