The importance of looking after your common rail diesels..

The build up reduces air flow..(cylinders running lean more fuel added to balance) lack of power
and fault codes eventually..

If your common rail is over 150,000km this maybe the result of your intake manifold.

Once cleaned... A catch can fitment and a 30,000 or 40,000km intake upper cylinder clean to maintain optimal engine health after sonic cleaning initially of the intake manifold... And a scan of the diesel injection system to ensure the injection system is within limits afterwards..

Prevention eliminating catastrophic results!!!

NOTE!!! ALWAYS Ask tunners when doing flash tunes on the condition of the injection system before down load!!!

YES we are still open for business under the "Essential Business" I have been opening the doors to 7 day trading for the past three weeks.. these are very stressful times for all! Especially seeing our community hit so hard!

Our doors are open to fleet and everyone who needs their vehicles repaired. Hours of business have been ranging from 8.00am to mid night to keep the wheels turning for everyone. Thankyou for the support in these unprecedented times much appreciated from my family to yours.

As the Corona situation unfolds like America! mechanical workshops are apart of the essential services to the community to keep it rolling! With job losses within our region, state, nation and world wide our deepest respects goes to those affected within our community.

At present our workshop is down a partner (Dean) due to a sudden death in his family (mother) unfortunately RWC can not be performed at present.

Dean is in home isolation been having to travel back to NZ and as a precaution now in home isolation for the next 14 days if all goes well.

Business as usual as we are still open 6 days a week and have been open 7 days the past two weeks to accommodate everyone and hygiene practices have been in place since the outbreak.

Thankyou for supporting us as our business dollars are spent locally to help other businesses too
