Always a pleasure working alongside the guys at Deluxe Rod shop, this 32 3 window Ford also debuted at DUBBO MOTORFEST 2026

Originally brought up the car in bare metal for all the base fab work & trimming last year. We steered towards composite materials for longevity with this one as it can be quite hard to seal up these old girls, door panels, inner roof panel & heat moulded boot panels in ABS plastic, floor inlays & all other panelling in aluminium. German Square Weave capet, luxurious BMW pebble grain & sternchen embossed inserts. Mercedes hooding was chosen for the outter roof panel.

Custom bench seat, trimmed traditional seat surround, heated elements were also added for small creature comforts, moulded storage pockets in the boot to make use of the rear quarter space.

DUBBO MOTORFEST 2026 debut for this absolute work of art that came through recently for a bespoke but timeless custom trim. Factory Aston Martin nappa leather, Alcantara & German square weave carpet was the only appropriate approach for this gem of a 48 GMC pickup built in QLD by The Ranch Metalworks

We decided to throw every trick in the book at this one. Custom built bench seat ( no old springs, all profile cut & hand shaped foam with webbed base), one off 3d printed door trims, hidden stereo, 3d printed seatbelt guides as retractors are internally mounted in rear pillar, Laser etched leather inserts in doors, seat & floor mats. All the window surrounds trimmed to suit, Rear window surrounds flushed into smoothed cab corners. The list goes on

Pat brought down his gorgeous XE falcon for a timeless, but also period styled Scheel interior. Having extensive chassis work in the rear to fit the 20x14 FR's and a very large tunnel there was going to be some fun along the way

Some foam modifications to the front seats as they have some pretty average gaps to start with, rear seat kept as close to factory shape as possible then wrapped in the vinyl & tweed combo.
Stuck with an ESP factory inspired door trim design just layered for a modern touch

Onto the carpet situation, big tunnel, modified floor pan & no console meant custom tailored carpet. No moulded throw in carpet for this one,
Also designing up a gear boot surround & 3d printing to work with the tunnel shape.

Sam's chev made its debut over the weekend at the Hotrod & Custom expo in Sydney, ultra cool build to be apart of. Keen eyes will remember this one leaving us mid last year after the full house treatment top to bottom in distressed brown & suede
