The new Toyota RAV4 HEV is a BRILLIANT SUV. Let me get that out of the way.
But it's not the benchmark setting moment that the last version was.
The market has changed and other brands have caught up - and even OVERTAKEN Toyota - so this new-gen RAV4 is a bit disappointing in some ways.
