Meet Alby: Alby (AJ) started with us in April 2023. We had already developed a strong business relationship with him over the years. It was a no brainer when we found out he was looking for work. Alby is a master of everything automotive (and VW), including panel beating, spray painting, detailing and accessory fitting, to mention a few. Alby has a great sense of humour, often making fun of his workmates or boss. Alby doesn't just excel at work, but he is the best dad I know. time with his 2 girls is precious to them all. Next time you come in to work give a shout out to Alby, he's one of the good ones.

MEET THE CREW. Amber-Lese, was in a hurry right from the very beginning. She hasn't changed at all. Amber-Lese has had various jobs over her working career and we are lucky to have her chose us. Amber-Lese affectionately known to her family as Diz, named by Mark when he was a toddler. Amber-Lese juggles a teenager, almost teenager, 6 year old and full time work. What a star. Her smiling face and happy disposition at the front counter of Powered is something else. She is always up for a chat with her loyal customers about life in between servicing visits. Amber-Lese's kids keep her busy on weekends, so there isn't much time for hobbies or fun. She does make the occasional birthday brighter with her exceptional baking and decorating skills.

Its always handy to have a great worker who can fit in small spots, but the brain of a genius and the best smile ever. Little job for Belconnen Brakes today. Removing the spare wheel well to change the electric park brake actuator on a VF Commodore.

MEET THE CREW, Julz started with Battery Terminal as a casual, after being told by his mum, you have 2 choices right now. Get up and go to work at the Battery Terminal, and make something of yourself, or get another job. There wasn't a choice to continue gaming in his bedroom. Lucky for us, he chose the Battery Terminal. He finished year 12 and started his apprenticeship straight away. From that day on he has gone from strength to strength. Julz is a quiet achiever with his calming voice and meticulous explanations to our customers is on point. Every now and again he has been known to kick a bucket or two across the workshop floor in frustration. Julz has everything it takes to continue the good work Battery Terminal and now Powered Automotive Group needs to take us into the next generation. When he isn't at work, sticking close to home is him. Cooking up a storm with his loyal parrot on his shoulder or attending the local Ice Hockey games with his friends.
