Straight after Race 3, race goers can line up for a shot at $1000. One kick each, land it clean in the bin and you share in the cash on the spot, no draw involved.

Trackwork this morning looked a little different 🏇

We hosted a Kosciuszko gallop and trainers breakfast, watching some of this year's Kossie hopefuls stretch their legs on the track. We also caught up with some of our trainers who stated their case for inclusion in the race, keep an eye out for these videos over the next couple of weeks.

Fashions on the Field is getting a makeover for Hops & Hooves Festival 2026.

This year there's no stage and no judging panel. Instead, our content creator will be capturing outfits throughout the day, with a shortlist posted to our Instagram Stories between Race 4 and Race 5. Racegoers vote for their favourites via polls, and winners are announced before Race 5.
