Meet the newest member of the Audi Centre Canberra team, Ar-wynn, our Used Car Manager. 👋

With extensive experience across vehicle sales, used vehicle management, customer service, appraisals, stock management and business development, Ar-wynn brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right vehicle.

When he's not at Audi Centre Canberra, you'll find him spending time as a full-time single dad, riding motorcycles, or running his own motorcycle fairings and accessories business.

Meet our Service Advisor Team Lead at Audi Centre Canberra - Jerin!

🔧 What’s your role at Audi?
I’m the Service Advisor Team Lead, helping ensure our customers receive the best possible experience from the moment they arrive when they come in to service their car.

❤️ What’s your favourite part about working here?
I’ve always loved cars, so being around them every day is something I really enjoy. I also love learning new things, meeting new people and being part of such a great team environment.

💬 What’s something customers may not know about your role?
Looking after our customers is the biggest part of my role. I always want people to feel valued, supported, and confident that they’re being well taken care of throughout their Audi servicing journey.

🔥 Favourite Audi model and why?
The Audi RS6 Avant - because who doesn’t love a twin-turbo V8?!

🎨 One fun fact about yourself?
Outside of work, I love cooking, drawing, watching and playing cricket and football, and heading off-road whenever I get the chance.
