A blast from the past… and a big weekend ahead! 🚤🏉
With our home town Newcastle Knights heading into the NRL Grand Final this Sunday, we went digging through the old JetBuzz photo archives and found these great shots from 2007, when the Knights boys joined us for a jet boat ride on Lake Macquarie.
Nearly 20 years on, it's pretty cool to look back at these photos and remember having the team on board.
From the 2007 Knights to the 2026 Knights, there's a lot of history between these photos and this weekend's Grand Final — and it's fantastic to see the red and blue back on the biggest stage. The 2026 Knights have reached their first Grand Final since 2001.
From all of us at Lake Mac Watersports — good luck to the Knights this Sunday!
Go well boys and bring the trophy back to Newcastle! ❤️💙
Go Knights!

Washing the boats on the boat ramp with another gorgeous sunset backdrop.

Our pack up, we wash them down, re-fuel them and check them over to make sure they are safe and good to go for the next day.
