The dedication from Dylan from Quick & Clean mobile mechanics is unbelievable we had a starter motor issue on the rescue vehicle and we are off to port Macquarie koala hospital at 7am tomorrow morning to take to his forever home and Dylan slotted us in even know he’s absolutely flat out and got the job done

Some progress shots of VE commodore timing chains we completed this week when the dreaded "cam-crank correlation error" appeared on one of our good customers work vehicle.

Audi A5 intake manifold job for a good friend and long-time customer of ours, these plastic units love to gum up their variable intake butterflies from excessive amounts of EGR and PCV emissions control (thanks germany 🙄) rendering them useless until decarbonized or ideally replaced as we did here.

Not a particularly fun job, but we happily take on the work that many others will shy away from.

It's not every day that you get the call to work on your best mates brand new pride and joy, but today was one of those days. 😎

A clean and tidy example of a stock (for now) Mk7.5 Golf R. Presents really well with the aesthetic mods done so far.

Very much looking forward to seeing what this car evolves into as the project progresses, with work done by us of course. ;)

Treated ourselves to a new bit of gear this week. Pretty stoked about it too.

These might just look like a set of mats to you, but to a mobile mechanic they mean everything as most of my working life is spent kneeling down or flat on my back on hard surfaces.

You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a good quality set of padded work mats that don't start falling apart in a matter of weeks/months.

It's well and truly radiator season!

This young couple were stuck an hour away from home with an overheating issue on a hot sunday afternoon. Issue was diagnosed as a blown radiator and we had them up and running again in no time when no other mechanics were even open!

I call this one "Australian sunset over a Japanese hatchback." 📸☀️

This lucky little Yaris was given the royal treatment before going on a long trip away.

We weren't given a lot of notice but we worked through until sundown to get the job done just in the nick of time so that the customers holiday plans wouldn't be ruined.

Minor service, a transmission service, new front shock absorbers and a set of brakes ensured this little goer would keep its passengers safe and sound on the long road ahead.
