Rugged 19.6 ELE RV XPS Tech caravan in the final assembly and pre-delivery preparation stage. A standard final check and clean-up for this build involves the following tasks before handover:
1. Protective Material Removal & Detailing
Protective Film & Tape: Peeling away protective plastic film from the high-gloss white cabinet panels, drawer faces, and gold latches/hardware.
Markings & Residue: Cleaning off factory production notes, measurements, and pencil markings visible on the cabinet drawer faces.
Flooring: Removing the protective cardboard sheeting and packaging debris from the main walkway and ensuite entry.
Surface Polishing: Dusting and sanitizing all interior surfaces, including the timber-look benchtops, brass gooseneck tap and sink, splashback, and upholstered quilted bedheads.
2. Systems & Appliance Verification
Electrical & Lighting: Testing overhead ambient strip lighting, LED ceiling puck lights, bedside reading lamps, 12V Sirocco-style wall fans, and the digital control/battery monitor display.
Major Appliances: Ensuring proper operation and clean interior delivery of the tall upright black compressor fridge/freezer, gas/induction cooktop and oven unit, and the roof-mounted reverse-cycle air conditioner.
Plumbing & Ensuite: Verifying water flow, drainage, and seal integrity for the kitchen sink and ensuite amenities.
3. Hardware & Final Dressing
Joinery & Latches: Inspecting overhead locker struts, bunk ladders, and positive-lock gold cupboard handles to ensure secure transit latching.
Windows & Hatches: Checking smooth operation of the integrated dual blind/flyscreen systems on all double-glazed windows and roof hatches.
Mattress Installation: Vacuuming the ventilated slatted bed base and bunk platforms before laying down the final mattresses.

Taking our ELE RV XPS TECH CARAVAN on the ultimate getaway to Trentham Waters Resort! ☀️🚐
We parked our rig right near the reception and settled in for a perfect trip. This place is an absolute oasis, featuring a massive resort-style pool with submerged white lounge chairs and bright umbrellas. For the kids (or the young at heart), there's an epic water slide and splash zone complete with a giant tipping bucket.
When we aren't cooling off in the main pool or enjoying a cold b**r right by the water, we're browsing the beautifully stocked on-site gift shop for souvenirs and apparel. It is the perfect spot to park the caravan and unwind!
