Winter has definately hit, and a small trip to Mannum was needed. A 4kw Belief diesel heater installed into this Veteran today. Full timber hull, built in the 1930's, getting a touch of technology with some heating. What a beast, serving in the war, 1943-1944, as a patrol boat between Port Adelaide and Kangaroo Island! Depth chargers and bow mounted machine guns unfortunately have been removed! The owner is loving the heater and more year round cruising.

Well, this project was over 12 months in the making, from original concept drawings, to design, install and then final commissioning. What a beast! Designed to transport 2 x desert race trucks, with living quarters for the family. Across the 2 vehicles, there is too much to list, but the basics are combined, Victron across the board as always!

4.3kw of solar panels
2 x 24/5000 Multiplus inverters in parallel
35kw/hr of storage
120ah of DC-DC Charge
DRS Systems
DC Power to Hydraulics, winches, wash down systems, air compressors and much more.
3 x electric awnings,
18ch sphere lighting systems

We were employed by the builder to design and install all electrical, lighting, solar, and chuck in the plumbing to all outlets including twin kitchen stations, shower, vanity, toilet etc. All monitored by the Victron Cerbo system.

This concept was drafted off another mobile command centre we recently built, which ill show once the owner publicly releases the vehicle. A full project listing will be added to our new website once completed.

Well it's basically official now. Muegge Mechanical has moved from Camden Park, to our new premises, at unit #9, 50 Donegal Road, Lonsdale. Trading will resume next year late January. All the same services, just a new location!

OK, I know it was wind back Wednesday on the radio today, but the builder of this motorhome took it too far! These might as well go to the museum! Van was converted in Feb 2025. We think it's an American switchboard, all back to AS/NZS now!

Has been a while between posts, but that's what happens when the prototypes roll through! This is a clients Catering trailer. We were employed to do all the electrics, 12VDC/240VDC. Fit a new gas system with 3 outlets to BBQ, HWS and Wok burner, then plumb in the FW system to twin sinks. 4 more of these to fit now that we have sorted the design and ironed out the build faults!
