We wish all of our lovely customers and suppliers are Merry Christmas. A special thanks to Get Roasted Mobile Cafe for keeping us obese and solving the world's problems and conspiracies, Josh & Justin JH Hilux for wasting many hours enduring 's abuse, Twisty, Simon and Josh for their efforts, and everyone else who helped out this year.

It's a sad day for me to have to write a post like this, but its time this type of attitude and behaviour is called out. After receiving a second call from this reviewer, asking questions a qualified diesel mechanic would never ask, it was simply suggested he call Diesel Help Australia, and they can provide step by step diagnostics to help him solve his issue. As we are a small business with very limited time (generally booked out 6 to 8 weeks). Diagnosing issues over the phone for the public is not only putting us behind in our work, but is unfair on our paying customers who have generally waited a significant amount of time before being seen. The second point being, it is of great concern that people are taking vehicles to workshops who are not equipped or have the knowledge to diagnose simple issues with modern diesel vehicles. We spend thousands every year trying to keep up with ever changing technology, and even doing a course or two to stay current. So while we are more than happy to help guide whenever we can, we simply aren't equipped to provide step by step, hand holding help. That is both unfair to trained capable mechanics, and the businesses who are modelled and spent significant money to provide over the phone diagnostics at a fee.
