VW, Audi & Porsche V6 TDI – Oil & Coolant Leaks?

A common issue we see on Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda vehicles fitted with the DQ500 DSG transmission is failure of the clutch position sensors.
When these sensors malfunction, it can cause shifting issues and warning lights. The good news? In many cases, the sensors can be replaced with an updated, more robust design — restoring proper operation without replacing the entire mechatronics unit.
Some workshops recommend complete mechatronics replacement, which can be extremely expensive. We focus on accurate diagnosis and cost-effective repairs, saving our customers thousands where possible.
