👩‍💻 Meet Tara – Calen Motors Workshop Wingwoman

Every workshop needs someone to keep the wheels turning behind the scenes, & for Calen Motors, that’s Tara.

You’ll find her answering the phone, serving fuel, scheduling bookings, & taking care of all the behind-the-scenes admin so the real stars of the show can focus on their tools and customer service

Her favourite part of the job? Supporting the mechanics, our Customer Service Officer, & the community, making sure every customer feels comfortable & appreciated.

🍷 Knock-off drink of choice: A Yellowtail Sav Blanc or an ice-cold ###X Summer.
🚗 Dream car: Whatever Les agrees to (he’s the one who has to work on it 😂).
✨ If she wasn’t the Workshop Wingwoman: She’d still be in the community sector.

Because behind every great workshop is a Workshop Wingwoman making it happen ✨

🐶 Meet Duke – Calen Motors’ Customer Service Officer

Duke has been part of the Calen Motors family since 2023, & he’s quickly become everyone’s favourite team member

From welcoming customers at the bowser to keeping an eye on the workshop, Duke brings joy, loyalty, & a whole lot of tail wags, chats & hugs to the job

⛽️ Favourite part of the job: all the pats & attention he gets from the community

🚗 His dream car: Anything with tyres

🦴 If Duke wasn’t in customer service: He’d be running the show as CEO

Because at Calen Motors, even our four-legged staff are dedicated to great service 🐾

🔧 Favourite part of the job: Learning all the different elements of being a mechanic.
🚘 Dream car to work on: Toyota Landcruiser.
🤠 If he wasn’t an apprentice mechanic: He’d be a ringer.

It’s inspiring to see the next generation stepping into the industry, and we’re proud to support Billy as he begins his journey.
