SCAM WARNING!!!

Please be careful and don't fall for online scams or Facebook scams!!

JR Automotive are aware of a Fake Profile that has been set-up impersonating us. The account has stolen our intellectual property to appear as a legitimate business, selling secondhand car parts at cheap prices, plus freight.

Our office located in Cairns has been notified by people in the community of this page as we seek assistance from Facebook to have this page removed so no-one can be scammed out of their money!

Unfortunately someone has succumbed to the pitfalls of this scam and has paid money, to which they’ve been informed to notify their bank.

Can everyone please take a moment to assist us and report this page as Fake/Fraud.

We thank everyone for their assistance and support during this time. As a local business that strives to go above board for all customers, we're very disheartened to see this and we hope with the education of online scams out there today, no one else will be a victim.

🚗🚗To all of our valued customers🚗🚗

Daily we are all facing changes when it comes to the Covid 19 crisis. Everyone here at JR Automotive wants to help and assist to keep life as normal and functional as possible.
We all rely heavily on our cars, whether that be for work or to get groceries and due to this sometimes services and repairs cannot be delayed.
We are offering a pickup and drop off service free of charge for any customers that live within a 7km radius to Draper Street. To keep everyone at ease we will be disinfecting keys and internals of vehicles on pickup and drop off.

We want our clients to know we are here to help during this trying time. We will get through this.

🚗🚗To all our valued customers,

In light of the Covid-19 outbreak we wish to advise we are taking all precautionary measures in regard to hygiene and safety when it comes to the handling and servicing of your vehicle.

At the current our infection control standards consist of:

* Disinfecting car keys upon arriving and once your vehicles maintenance is complete they are then disinfected before being returned to you.

* We are wiping all door handles before and after use as well as wiping internals such as steering wheels, gear sticks and internal door handles.

If you are feeling unwel with flu like symtpons such as fever, sore throat, runny nose or a cough and require your vehicle to still be attended to as per booking, we have a key drop off box on the right of the exterior of the building. We are still able to service your vehicle but will take all precautionary measures to disinfect before and after the service is complete.

Please phone ahead if you are feeling unwel or have any concerns or questions you would like answered. We are still operating as normal until such time as the government put restriction on business operations.
