Toyota Prado 150 series in for an intake clean and new set of Genuine injectors.
Look how bad this intake manifold was clogged with carbon!
Vehicle showed symptoms of injector rattle on cold start (1 injector much worse than the other 3) and was sooty under acceleration.

A freshly cleaned intake manifold and new set of injectors will give this 1KD a new lease on life after a reliable 300,000kms it’s already provided it’s owners 😎

MERRY CHRISTMAS! 🎄✨

As this year comes to an end, the workshop gets a big clean out ready for the new year!

New turbo coming up for this Holden Colorado…
Main symptom of smoking at idle and during acceleration under boost. Also was starting to make a decent whine as you can see by these photos the turbo compressor wheel making contact with the housing😭
