The 2024 Road and Race Ricondi Southern Downs Road Racing Championship is done and dusted.
And I am absolutely estatic to announce that PMD Racing has won the Superbike championship, once again, with our newest rider coming on board this year, #57 James Morris. That's 2yrs in a row, and 4 out of the last 5 years. Unfortunately myself and #47 Callum Barker were out for the season after crashing out early in the season, while each of us were leading our Championships.

I made it clear to James at the start of the season, No expectations, No pressure, just get use to a team environment. There was a lot to learn, but with every testing session and Race meeting James progressed, getting quicker, and adapting to the team environment.
I am very proud to have James on board. Congratulations to James and the whole team, as this is the result of a Team effort..

Round 2 of the Southern Downs Road Race Championship didn't go quite as well for me over the weekend.
After oil leaked from another competitor's bike during Qualifying, I crashed in Turn 12, the bike is fine but I had a quick trip to the hospital, I had no broken bones but I have torn the ligaments from my right shoulder off. Back at the workshop but one wing down and having to do everything a little slower.

Thank you to everyone for all your help, so we could get back home safely.

A couple of exciting upgrades to the PMD Racing R7 Supertwin.

A new Frando 17" front brake master cylinder. Thank you to Kenma Australia, really looking forward to testing the limits further.

Also fitted some Extreme components Rearsets finally, this already feels so much better, so excited for testing in a few weeks time..
