SUSPENSION & LIFT
BDS 3" Lift Kit paired with Fox 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks front and rear, DSC included, and upper control arms to keep geometry dialled. Underneath, the OEM leaf springs are replaced with our Big Dog Builds HD Leaf Spring Upgrade Kit, and the whole rear end is sitting on Boss Air Triple Airbag Suspension — controlled wirelessly via the Readylift AIRIQ HD2 Bluetooth Air Management System with a 2-channel remote. Level when you want it. Load-ready when you need it.

WHEELS & TYRES
5x KMC Impact Forged Monoblock — 18x9, 8x180, -12 offset in Satin Black.
Wrapped in 5x Nitto Ridge Grappler 35X12.50R18.
Apex Designs RPV Std Quick Inflate/Deflate valves on all five — because airing down shouldn't take 10 minutes.

EXTERIOR
OEM-style front flares fitted and painted to match, with Kick Back mud flaps behind them. Billet alloy Big Dog Builds front bumper spacers keep the face clean, and rear blank mud flap pairs finish off the corners.

ROOF RACK & LIGHTING
Big Dog Builds Chevy 2500 V1 Roof Rack in Textura Black Powdercoat, running a STEDI Curved 50.8" light bar up top and 4x STEDI Micro Touch side lights. Wired through the SwitchPro system, with a DT plug at the rear of the rack for external power — Starlink-ready.

ELECTRICAL & POWER
Switch-Pros SP-9100 8-switch panel managing the whole system. Big Dog Builds Power Panel, Mega Fuse Holder, and Power Panel Add On Pack handle the distribution. Towbar wiring with Red and Grey Anderson plugs, and a 50A Anderson 6AWG run for aux power.

FUEL
Titan Tanks 210L long range tank — 2020+ Crew Cab 6'5 tub spec. Because range matters.

SOLAR
Redarc 200W Monocrystalline Black Frame Solar Panel run to a red Anderson at the rear of the rack. Clean, simple, functional.

COMMUNICATION
GME XRS 370 4x4 UHF Connect Pack fitted with our Big Dog Builds Chevy Silverado 2024+ passenger-side bonnet mount antenna.

STEPS
