We are a small, family-owned auto electrical & air conditioning workshop in Byford, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Junior Accounts Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is starting their career in administration and accounts and wants to learn, develop their skills and build a long-term career within a supportive small business.

For the right person, there is potential to undertake a formal traineeship and gain a nationally recognised qualification while working, learning and earning a wage.

You don't need to know everything on day one — we're happy to train the right person!

📋 ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll work closely with our team and gain hands-on experience in:

✅ Data entry & general administration
✅ Processing invoices & payments
✅ Accounts payable & receivable
✅ Answering phones & assisting customers
✅ Filing & maintaining records
✅ Assisting with payroll & general office duties
✅ Supporting the day-to-day administration of the workshop
✅ Learning our accounting & business systems

What an incredible night for the Jaw Auto Electrical & Air Conditioning team!

Last night at the AASDN WA 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿, we were incredibly proud and humbled to be presented with the 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗! 🏆🎉

To say this is a massive achievement for us would be an understatement.

Just 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼, we opened the doors to JAW with a vision, a lot of hard work and plenty of determination. To now be recognised as 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 is something we are incredibly proud of.

This award represents so much more than just a trophy. It represents the countless hours, early mornings, late nights, challenges, sacrifices and decisions that have gone into building JAW into the business it is today.

We’re hiring: Accessory Fitter (IVMS / Vehicle Tech)

We’re looking for a hands-on technician to join our team installing AI-powered In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems across commercial and industrial fleets.

This isn’t a workshop-only role — you’ll be out in the field working on a range of vehicles, fitting cameras, sensors, and telematics systems that directly improve safety and operations.

What you’ll be doing:
• Installing IVMS hardware (cameras, GPS units, AI powered technology)
• Running and terminating wiring cleanly and safely
• Troubleshooting and testing systems on-site
• Working across different vehicle types and client environments in domestic, commercial and mining environments

What we’re looking for:
• Experience with auto electrical, accessories, or telematics installs
• Strong attention to detail (clean installs matter)
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Problem-solving mindset

Nice to have:
• Auto electrical qualification or similar
• Experience with fleet, mining, or heavy vehicles
