Lily passed her PDA with flying colours on the eve of the local footy finals! 🏆🚗💨

Let’s hope that form carries into finals week, where she’ll be looking to put on another performance worthy of a BOG! 🏉

She’s already shown that she can handle the pressure, back herself when it matters and get the job done — so hopefully she’ll take that same confidence onto the footy field, slot a few sausages, pull down a couple of screamers and kick a bag big enough to help drag her team over the line! 😂

From passing her PDA to potentially becoming a finals-day hero… Lily could be lining up for a pretty memorable week!

🐑🚗 We had a very special visitor at CDS last week… meet Lachie! Class pet from our son’s school.

Naturally, Brendon thought ewe better have a driving lesson.

Safe to say… it was baaaaad. 😂

His steering was woolly, his mirror checks were shear madness, and he definitely wasn’t following the road ram-ifications. 🐏

We tried to steer him in the right direction, but ewe can only do so much when your student has hooves.

For now, Lachie… ewe better stick to being a passenger. 🐑🚗

🚗💥 HAILEY PASSED HER AUTO PDA! 💥🚗

And this one is such a good reminder that getting your licence isn’t just about what happens during your driving lessons.

Hailey and her mum put in so much work outside of lessons. They did their homework, practised what we worked on, took the feedback on board and kept putting in the hours.

As a driving school, we can teach you the skills. We can correct the mistakes. We can prepare you for the test. We can tell you exactly what you need to work on.

But that final 1% comes down to you.

It’s the practice between lessons. It’s working on the things you find difficult instead of avoiding them. It’s listening to the feedback and actually applying it.

And Hailey absolutely did that. 👏

A massive congratulations to Jake on earning his driver’s licence! 👏

As an aspiring ruckman, being able to drive himself to training, games and everywhere in between is going to be a game changer—especially living so far away.

I also have to give a special shout out to Jake’s mum… who let out the biggest shriek of excitement inside the DOT the moment he passed, before launching herself at him for a hug! 😂 Safe to say she was just as excited as Jake.

No.

Was Amy worried she wasn’t ready?

Very much so.

Did she pass just as I expected she would?

Yes.

Is she now free to roam the countryside, windows down, gears changing, chasing adventure and embracing her newfound independence?

Amy spent far more time worrying about the test than the assessor spent marking it.
