The Role: As a 4x4 Build Specialist, you'll work directly with customers to understand their vision and help turn it into reality.

You'll create build plans, prepare quotations, follow up opportunities and work closely with our workshop team to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.

👉Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with customers in-store and over the phone
- Understanding customer goals and vehicle requirements
- Designing complete vehicle build plans
- Preparing quotations and recommendations
- Following up opportunities and outstanding quotes
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Working closely with our workshop team
- Assisting with trade and fleet enquiries
- Helping customers make confident decisions about their vehicle
