Fitzgerald Racing Services Porsche Specialists and European Service Facility Fitzgerald Racing Services has been operating since 1994.

The organisation was born when the then chairman of Porsche Cars Australia enticed Peter Fitzgerald to set up his own Racing and Services operation following Peter's spectacular racing results in Porsche Cup and Production Car categories with the ubiquitous 944 Turbo and 968 Club Sport. Fitzgerald Racing Services was to be the 'preferred' third-party tuner for Porsche Australia and originally oper

ated out of the Porsche facility in Richmond Victoria. Long-time friend and race engineer Bob Hiscock of Advent Automotive who prepared all of Peter's race cars sold the business and came to work for the organisation full time at the start of operations. The core of our business being performance enhancements together with maintenance and support for all types of Porsches ranging from club sprint cars to GT2 Porsche Cup winners. All business up until 1998 had been through referrals based on our reputation for high standards of workmanship and quality of advice. Most importantly, it is our habit of producing winners on and off the track that is the most attractive drawcard for our clients. We have a second installation (next to the first) with a combined facility size of over 1600 square metres. Specialist workshop equipment includes a Dyno Dynamics Dyno, Bosh 'Hammer', Porsche diagnostic equipment, wheel alignment hoists. Like our Kremer and Techart counterparts in Germany and the USA, Fitzgerald Racing Services is truly the 'one stop shop' for all Porsche owners in the South Pacific and South East Asian regions. The organisation carries out a full range of work from regular service, maintenance and performance upgrades to 'ground up' race car construction, development and support. We also help to adjust the 'nut behind the wheel' by providing one on one driving and racing tuition for our clients.
