When Tylira started her school-based traineeship, she wasn't completely sure what she wanted her future to look like.
Today, she's finishing Year 12 with a Certificate III in Business, two years of industry experience and a whole lot more confidence.
Along the way, she worked at an ANZ branch, developed valuable workplace skills and was named 1300apprentice's School-based Trainee of the Year!
Even better? Tylira is now using her experience to encourage younger Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to believe in themselves and their future.
Her advice, “Just give something a go and good things will come.”
