Are you organized, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about vehicle repairs?

We’re looking for a full-time Service Advisor to be the key link between our customers and our
expert workshop technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing
● 🗣️ Customer Service: Greeting clients, handling check-ins/outs, and explaining repair
quotes and updates clearly.
● 📅 Job Scheduling: Managing daily bookings, assigning work, and keeping the workboard
running smoothly.
● 🔩 Parts & Invoices: Sourcing parts (radiators, mufflers, brakes, tyres) and processing invoices.
● 🛠️ Teamwork: Working closely with our workshop team to maintain top quality and safety
standards.

What We’re Looking For
● Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, or Automotive Parts Interpreter, would be an advantage.
● Strong technical understanding of light mechanical, exhaust, brake, cooling, or undercar
repairs.
● Proficiency with data input and computer use.
● Excellent communication and time management skills.
● Valid Driver’s Licence, preferable.
