One of Brody's favourite parts of the job is diagnostics. He enjoys the challenge of fault finding & then rectifying the issue. When it comes to dream cars, he’d love an old, orange Dodge Charger.

👨‍🔧 Meet Brent. Brent’s been in the automotive industry for over 24 years. He started Burleigh’s Mobile Mechanic 13 years ago with the aim of creating a convenient & stress-free way for people to have their cars serviced & repaired. Fast forward to today & the BMM family now includes three more full time mechanics, admin staff & a large workshop in Burleigh!
Brent's favourite part of what he does is customer satisfaction; “knowing that when a customer leaves, their car is safer & they are hopefully more educated about their car & any repairs that were required.”

👨‍🔧 When a tyre is fitted to a wheel, the tyre bead doesn't always sit firmly against the rim straight away. Using a controlled blast of air, we rapidly expand the tyre so the bead seats against the wheel, creating an airtight seal. Once the bead ‘catches’ & seals, the tyre can then be inflated to the correct pressure & checked for safety.
It's one of those quick workshop jobs that looks simple, but proper equipment & technique are essential to get it done safely & correctly. 🔧
