WILL RECORDS FALL THIS WEEKEND?
Last race meeting seen one lap track records broken over half a dozen times and new race time records set at a similar rate, could we this weekend across four classes see records broken this weekend?
April and May are traditionally the best months to go fast at Australian Racing Products Redline Raceway, it is the best weather for racing as long as the rain clouds push on.
So here are the records as they currently sit for the four classes racing. Leave a comment on which record you feel is more likely than most to be broken, and who is going to break it.
Example: One Lap Super Sedan record Danny Amato
The Street Stocks, Sports Sedans and Standard Saloon one lap records have been around a long time, Super Sedans record was set last season at this very same race meeting in the first heat of the night that the class held.
As far as whether eight, ten, twelve, fifteen, twenty five lap records that is dependent on what the race coordinator gives us to run with. He is shall remain nameless will choose the race lap distances based on trying to fit four classes in across four and a half hours to five or racing.
