Huge congratulations to our good friends Nathan and Lindsey (71 Percent YouTube channel) as they arrive at Victoria, BC Canada having cruised all the way from The Gold Coast, Australia! What an amazing trip by a truly amazing couple.

If the feedback at the 2026 Sanctuary Cove Boat Show is anything to go by then it is clear that many of you are following the 71 Percent team as they continue their voyage from Gold Coast Australia to United States. The Ruth Pearl II, a Selene 49 Classic Explorer is proving just how capable, comfortable and safe these motor yachts are. Their videos are a great watch. Very entertaining along with some great lessons they share from this amazing voyage.

There is a lot of interest and excitement about the new Selene 52 Ocean Explorer. Hull number 1 (shown in the photo) is now out of the mold. I have also included some renderings for this model with a walnut interior. Other interior choices include oak, cherry or teak. The 52 Ocean Explorer is a true ocean going cruiser, combining capability, safety, and luxury. Perfect for exploring our Australian coastline and beyond.
