One of Maree's favourite to cook at Christmas ' Maple Honey Mustard Glazed Ham'
If you have a family favourite, send us your recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 bone-in leg of ham
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ⅓ cup maple syrup
• ⅓ cup honey
• 2 tbsp Dijon or whole-grain mustard
• Whole cloves for studding ( remove before serving onto plates. I DON’T recommend eating one😉)

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 160°C.
2. Carefully cut and peel away the tough outer skin of the ham, leaving a smooth, even layer of fat underneath. Score the fat lightly in a diamond pattern.
3. Press a whole clove into the center of each diamond intersection if you like the traditional look.
4. Combine the brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, and mustard in a small saucepan over low heat until the sugar dissolves into a smooth glaze.
5. Brush half of the warm glaze generously all over the scored fat.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, then brush with the remaining glaze. Return to the oven for another 30 minutes until sticky, caramelized, and golden brown.
7. Rest for 15 minutes before carving and serving warm or at room temperature

Enjoy😊 🎄
