Sun's out. Radiators are out! ☀️🔧 Another busy day at Bunbury Batteries & Radiators, with plenty of jobs on the go and radiators at all different stages of repair.

From cleaning and testing through to repairs, recoring and getting them ready to go back to work - there's never much empty space around the workshop!

Some jobs aren't straight off the shelf. 🔧

This radiator belongs to a fully imported Chevy Impala - and when you're dealing with a classic like this, finding replacement parts isn't always as simple as placing an order.

The customer even arranged to have the required straps imported from the USA before bringing everything in for Mick to work his magic.

With a radiator like this, you don't want to hand it over to just anyone. With over 40 years of experience, Mick has spent decades repairing, rebuilding and recoring radiators of just about every shape, size and vintage.

It's now in the vice and the work has begun. 👌Another unique job through the BBR workshop - and another classic we're proud to help keep on the road.

Mick's getting ready to tackle this Mercedes truck radiator - and there's certainly a bit of work ahead of us with this one!

That's one of the things we love about the radiator workshop. There's always something different coming through the doors, from classic cars and 4WDs to trucks and heavy equipment.

We're looking forward to getting stuck into this one. Stay tuned - we'll show you the finished product when it's ready to head back to work.

This 1973 Ford Falcon heater core came into the workshop looking a little worse for wear. After a complete recore and recondition, it's ready to head back into its rightful place and help keep this classic cruising comfortably for years to come.

It's one of those components you never see once it's fitted - but when it fails, you'll certainly know about it.
