Sales / Service Advisor – 4x4 Performance Workshop
Protune Automotive & Performance is a locally owned 4x4 performance workshop specialising in modern turbo-diesel vehicles and quality bolt-on upgrades. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Sales & Service Advisor to become the front line of our business.
This role is critical to our customer experience and future growth.
🔧 About the Role
You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers. Answering calls, responding to enquiries, preparing quotes and helping customers choose the right upgrades for their vehicle.
If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships and being part of a fast-paced automotive business, this role will suit you perfectly.
📞 Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email and social media
• Prepare and follow up quotes
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Upsell relevant performance and reliability upgrades where appropriate
• Be the primary point of contact for customers from enquiry through to vehicle pickup
• Schedule jobs and assist with workflow planning
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism
✅ About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Confident and friendly on the phone
• Highly organised with strong communication skills
• Fast to respond and proactive with follow-ups
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• Comfortable discussing pricing and value
• Interested in cars, 4x4s or performance vehicles
• Able to work well in a small, close-knit team
Automotive or sales experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
