As our business grows within our new community in Buckland and the surrounding area under The Glamorgan Spring Bay Council , we couldn’t help but take the opportunity to participate when it comes to talking about mental health and its impacts on communities. For the month of October scarecrows dressed in orange to promote happiness will be scattered across the East Coast of Tassie as part of the mental health art trail. Unfortunately Tasmania has one of the highest statistics for long term mental health conditions and at almost 10% higher than those in the mainland , and with that we suffer from one of the highest rates of su***de than anywhere else in the country. This is a very important issue for us and we wanted to share this with you , if you ever need anyone to listen we are here , if you are feeling alone please reach out. Mental health is a serious health issue and what’s important to realise it’s not easy to recognise. Hope you like our scarecrows!! Be sure to stop by and snap a photo 📷 🧡😱🐦⬛ health awareness
