We love being part of peoples builds! We did a bunch of fab work on Matt’s VK Commodore a few months back and then it went back to Hi-Torque have the engine and wiring finished off!

It’s finished and ready to hit the streets! Enjoy those first drive feels! I bet there was no wiping that smile of your face!

Been a little quiet with the updates, still plenty happening. The HG is now on her feet with the underside of the rear all fixed up rust removed. We finished fabricating the diff and assembled it all with new Wilwood brakes, custom 35 spline axles, new tru trac centre and 4-link all fitted up. She has a pretty nice stance now.

Time to get her up on the hoist and make the remainder of the underside look just as pretty now that we have finished replacing all 4 floor pans, rolled the guards and fixed any other pesky rust which has shown its head.

Some progress on Ash’s twin turbo VF Commodore Ute. The puzzle of making everything fit is coming together!! EGT’s welded in on the manifolds, ICE tank in place and mounted. The front cross member has been cut to accommodate the radiator. Next up is mounting the turbos to fit in there nice and snug!



A little more progress on the HG. Diff and wheel mock up, guards rolled and mount up of the 4-link. Just some welding ...

Another big week on Matt’s HK Ute. She is the gift that keeps on giving. Sanded her all the way back to bare metal revealing alot of filler, dents,more filler and some further rust. But it’s back and had her first of epoxy to seal her up and now it’s in to piecing her back together and cleaning her up!! Next week is looking up!!

We had Dwayne’s Camaro in recently for some work.

*reworked/remade his headers for more clearance and raised them 15mm.

*fitted up a new dual 3” mandrel system in 409 stainless using customers ho**er mufflers

* Fitted up all his chrome wheel arch moulds and chrome sill strips

Greg’s Impala Chassis has made its return after getting its colour put on. We have assembled it to be a complete rolling chassis. Assembled the diff, fitted up all Wilwood brakes, steering, hand brakes lines and airbag suspension all reassembled and fitted.

Every nut and bolt replaced. She is all ready to have the motor and box fitted and it will be ready for when the body has been painted and returned!

It will be a stunning build once finished!

Dave dropped in this V8 powered falcon with a request to make it “sound like a V8”. So that we did with a pressbent 2.5” system made from 409 stainless some plates and a couple of Growl mufflers!

The car will be up for sale soon and with a nice 4-link rear end and welds already fitted I am sure it will have no issues finding a new home!!
