Project Upgrade ⚒️🏉🏐

We’re proud to have completed a range of upgrades for the Imperial Football & Netball Club in Mildura.

The works included new structural steelwork, roofing and covered outdoor areas, along with upgraded accessways and handrails — creating a more functional, practical and welcoming space for players, members and the wider club community.

It’s great to see the project coming together, and we’re proud to have played a part in improving the facilities at such an important local sporting club.

🎓 Careers Expo 2026!

We had a great time attending the Careers Expo and meeting so many enthusiastic students who stopped by our booth!

A big thank you to everyone who came over, asked questions, had a chat and showed interest in what we do. It was fantastic to see so many young people thinking about their future careers and exploring the opportunities available to them.

Another string added to the LE bow this week, with 8 of our lads completing their Basic Scaffolding ticket.

They'll be back in two weeks to knock over their Intermediate ticket as well.

We're big on giving our crew the right training to do the job properly, while continuing to build on the services we can offer our clients under the one roof.

Apparently shirts aren't required for the fishing ticket.

These custom steel units have been fabricated, assembled, and are nearly ready for delivery. A great effort from the team, with our apprentices taking care of fitting the Perspex viewing panels—a fantastic opportunity to build their skills and confidence on a real-world project.

Another job done and the fleet is rolling back into the yard after a successful stint up north.

From cranes and support vehicles to the crews behind them, it's always a great sight seeing everyone return home safely after delivering for our clients.
