The Suzuki Historic Motorcycle Club of Australia was formed in mid 2017 by a group of enthusiasts in Brisbane and South East Qld who came together in June at the home of Paul and Annette Wildman, to promote interest in historic (30 years or more) motorcycle manufactured by Suzuki for Australia. Many of our members are already in local motorcycle clubs and we wish to support that and so our club is

more a marque support group of enthusiasts who from time to time ride. Rather we use this site for Australia-wide site for enthusiasts to have bike stand shed yarns and resto or preserve photos and tips etc. Folks this is a site for telling our stories of restos and repairs and preservation's of the great Suzuki range of historic motorcycles. From the classic and beautiful GS line up to the sporty and elegant Katana's, dirt bikes and so much more. As co-coordinator we have developed this site for folks to share photos and stories of this grand Marque and their particular motorcycles. I am frankly surprised there is so little happening in Australia (and NZ) to help the preservation of Historic Suzuki Motorcycles. For instance when i go to swap meets in South East Qld I see specific clubs say for 'Honda 4's' and maybe say 12 bikes there (beautifully restored and all looking the same) and 50-60 bikes on display and only one Suzuki!! (Canungra Ray Owens Qld Historic Motorcycle Club Swap Meet June 2016). This is a site to be respectful and not a place for slanging etc etc and posts will be removed should this happen. ciao paul

Starts and runs perfectly

I can be on site to assist in transport that you organise.

Many thanks for your help with this.
All the best for your club
