397.1KW AUDI TT — STAGE 3+ FLEX FUEL 🔥

A strong result from this Audi TT completed by here in Australia, producing 397.1kW and 645Nm on E85.

With the Flex Fuel setup, VTune recorded:
E85 Full Boost: 397.1kW / 645Nm
E85 Low Boost: 369.3kW / 544Nm
98 Fuel: 310.2kW / 499Nm

On the JDY side of the build, the TT is running a JDY Downpipe, supporting the Stage 3+ setup alongside the Galano turbocharger, Flex Fuel modifications and calibration.

Great to see JDY hardware being put to work on another Australian build.

Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminium, the manifold features an increased plenum volume and optimised runner design for higher-flow EA888 applications, while retaining integration with the factory platform.

From fabrication and welding through to heat shielding, finishing and completed production batches, these are some of the processes happening every day behind the scenes at JDY HQ.

These photos give you a look at the work going into our downpipes and intercoolers before they’re finished, checked and prepared for customers around the world.

The new JDY 4” Intake System for the MK8 Golf R & GTI is on its way.

Available in two configurations depending on how far you want to take your setup:

STAGE 1

• JDY high-flow aluminium airbox

QUALITY CONTROL BEFORE THEY LEAVE JDY HQ 🇦🇺

A look behind the scenes at the quality control process for our JDY 2.5TFSI Front Mount Intercoolers.

Before being packed and shipped, each intercooler goes through a leak test to check the completed assembly and make sure everything is ready before it leaves JDY HQ.

Designed for the Audi RS3 8V / 8Y and TTRS 8S, featuring billet aluminium end tanks, a 110mm bar-and-plate core and Wiggins connections, with support for builds up to 1300HP.

It’s a part of the process customers don’t normally get to see, so we’ll be sharing more of what happens behind the scenes at JDY HQ.
