Affected area: Coastal Waters between Agnes Water to Double Island Point
Warning issued: Friday 28 February 2025 1500LT
Details: Hazardous Swell and Strong Winds Forecast

Act Now:
• The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a Coastal Hazard Warning and Strong Wind Warnings for the region.
• We advise Masters and Owners to review safety plans, prepare and secure their vessel for the event.
• Vessels are to maintain a continuous listening watch on VHF Channel 16 and 13 for updates.
• Consult contingency plans, stay informed and monitor conditions.

Back of Bourke! We undertook ropes access, dive inspections and underwater coring of cast iron piles for lab testing. Opened on 4 May 1883 Bourke Bridge is Australia’s oldest movable span bridge. It served as a Gateway structure for 114 years before being bypassed in 1997! Cheers to an awesome part of Australia’s heritage, ingenuity & perseverance! 142 years old this year!!
